Business Development — Equity Capital Markets

About the Role

We are building a suite of tokenized equity capital markets products from the ground up, and are looking for a Business Development professional to originate, structure, and drive deals across the product line. You will join a small, high-impact team and take ownership of the external relationships and deal pipeline end to end. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity for a self-starter with an established capital markets network who wants to contribute to building a product from inception.

The successful candidate will own the origination and negotiation of deals — reaching out to issuers, partners, and financial institutions, growing the pipeline, and driving opportunities through to close.
