Senior Manager, Product Design - Product Platform

About the Role

CaptivateIQ is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Design to lead design for our Product Platform — the shared capabilities that products across CaptivateIQ build on. You'll lead a team responsible for making these capabilities feel like one coherent, trustworthy system rather than a collection of tools. Because platform decisions often affect multiple products and teams, this role requires strong systems thinking, design judgment, and the ability to drive decisions across organizational boundaries.

This is a player-coach role. You'll lead a team of product designers while staying close to the work, personally shaping high-leverage problems and setting the quality bar. You'll report to the Head of Design and partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership on the strategy and evolution of CaptivateIQ's platform.
