About the role

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who brings strong craft, strategic thinking, and the confidence to drive great outcomes inside a cross-functional squad. You'll be the designer within your squad, owning the quality of the design work end-to-end, from early problem framing through to polished execution using our design system. You'll bring user research and data together to form clear product recommendations, manage stakeholders, and tell compelling design stories that create alignment.

You'll contribute to design culture across the Customer Experience team, and you'll help shape how we design. You'll be joining a close-knit design team, supported by Design Managers and working alongside other experienced product designers.
