GTM Engineer

About the Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will build the systems and infrastructure that drive hypergrowth across Europe for an AI-powered business communication platform. Working closely with the founding team, you will combine modern GTM tooling, data enrichment, and AI to turn leads into scalable outbound engines, while feeding insights directly back into the product.

What You'll Do

Build and scale lead-generation workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, and Smartlead. Research, enrich, and qualify leads across multiple data sources and APIs. Develop and optimize outbound campaigns end-to-end, from targeting and messaging to deliverability. Automate sales and marketing processes using AI and modern SaaS tools. Analyze funnel, conversion, and campaign data to continuously improve performance. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to feed GTM insights back into the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of hands-on experience building or operating lead generation systems, outbound campaigns, or GTM infrastructure at scale. Proven experience with modern GTM and lead generation platforms such as Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, Instantly, Smartlead, or equivalents. Strong understanding of outbound strategy, lead enrichment, ICP definition, intent signal identification, and email deliverability optimization.

Technical comfort with APIs, automations, and scripting; able to read API documentation and integrate tools without hand-holding. Experience designing and measuring conversion funnels, with the ability to iterate on campaign performance using data. Familiarity with no-code or low-code workflow builders and data enrichment APIs is a plus.

Background in B2B SaaS growth, especially in early-stage or hypergrowth environments, is a strong advantage. Experience with AI-powered tools or AI-assisted workflows for lead generation is a bonus. Native German speaker with fluent English; ability to work directly with DACH-region customers is required.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 65,000 to 95,000 EUR annually . Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. Location This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vienna, Austria .
