Founders Associate

About the Role

This is a junior generalist role at a fast-moving healthtech startup building a leading GLP-1 platform in Europe. You will work directly alongside the founders, touching everything from operations to process-building, and your contributions will have a direct impact on how the company scales.

What You'll Do

Support the founders across a wide range of operational and strategic tasks day to day. Identify recurring manual work and build processes or automations to eliminate it. Take full ownership of projects from start to finish, delivering results without layers of management. Roll up your sleeves on whatever the company needs most, from internal operations to external-facing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

1 to 6 years of experience in a generalist, operational, or startup environment. Strong sense of ownership and a bias toward action rather than delegation. Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to context-switch across very different types of work. An instinct for building scalable processes, not just completing one-off tasks. Interest in healthtech or consumer health is a plus. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this role is 55,000 to 90,000 EUR annually . Location This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany , five days a week in the office.
