Product Engineer (Full-Stack)

About the Role

This is a full-stack product engineering role at an early-stage enterprise AI platform, working closely with product and design leadership to ship AI-powered features end-to-end. You will own capabilities from technical design through to user-facing delivery, playing a meaningful part in shaping how organizations adopt AI at scale.

What You'll Do

Build end-to-end product features spanning the frontend (Next.js), backend (Node.js), and database layers. Implement user interfaces including full screens, reusable components, and complete user flows. Collaborate with the design team and customers to gather feedback and iterate on features. Maintain and optimize the codebase for performance and user experience. Participate in rotating Support Engineer shifts, helping customers and the customer support team directly.

What We're Looking For

2 or more years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent and sustained full-time product engineering work. Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js across both frontend and backend. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, Prisma, tRPC, and Tailwind CSS.

Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI technologies and experience building AI-powered product features. Proven track record delivering full-stack features end-to-end from concept through production deployment. Experience collaborating with product leadership, design, and customers to shape product direction.

Strong CS fundamentals, supported by a degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical field. Professional German proficiency (exceptional profiles without it may be considered). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with an intensive working style.

Compensation & Benefits Salary range: 66,000 to 120,000 EUR annually . Visa sponsorship is available. Location On-site in Berlin, Germany .

This role requires working in person full-time.
