Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your mission
Do you believe healthcare organizations can deliver better patient outcomes by transforming how work gets done? Are you excited by the opportunity to help health systems, hospitals, and provider organizations leverage AI, automation, and intelligent agents to improve operational performance and patient experiences?
At UiPath, we are redefining enterprise automation through Agentic Automation—bringing together AI agents, robots, people, and enterprise systems to orchestrate end-to-end business processes. As a Healthcare Sales Engineer focused on our Provider domain, you will work closely with healthcare organizations to identify opportunities where AI-powered automation can improve clinical, operational, and administrative workflows while enabling caregivers to focus more time on patients.
You will help healthcare providers modernize operations, reduce administrative burden, improve workforce productivity, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives.
What you'll do at UiPath
- Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare provider organizations, helping them identify opportunities to improve patient, caregiver, and operational outcomes with Agentic Automation.
- Evangelize the value of combining AI agents, automation, process intelligence, and human expertise to transform healthcare operations.
- Partner with account teams to define customer strategies, align solutions to organizational priorities, and expand UiPath’s footprint within provider organizations.
- Conduct discovery workshops to understand current workflows, operational challenges, and transformation priorities across clinical and administrative functions.
- Leverage process intelligence methodologies to uncover inefficiencies, quantify business impact, and prioritize transformation initiatives.
- Design and deliver compelling demonstrations, workshops, executive briefings, and proof-of-value engagements.
- Architect solutions that leverage AI, automation, orchestration, document understanding, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with Product + Engineering, Customer Success, and Industry Solution teams to continuously improve healthcare-focused offerings.
- Develop industry-specific solution narratives and use cases tailored to healthcare priorities.
- Support technical evaluations and guide customers through architecture, security, governance, scalability, and deployment discussions.
- Act as a thought leader within the healthcare payer market and represent UiPath at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights across the UiPath go-to-market organization.
What you'll bring to the team
- Deep expertise in Healthcare Provider operations, including areas such as:

- Experience working with large health systems, provider networks, academic medical centers, or other complex healthcare organizations.
- Background in sales engineering, consulting, solution architecture, healthcare transformation, intelligent automation, or related disciplines.
