About Factory
Factory's standard text
Our mission is to create a world where software builds and improves itself.
We build the platform for self-improving software development, helping the world's largest enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers including Nvidia, Blackstone, Royal Bank of Canada (RBC), Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile run Factory to ship code, review PRs, run tests, and deploy continuously - getting smarter with every cycle.
In 2026, we raised $200M at a $5B valuation, bringing our total funding to over $400M. We are backed by world-class investors and operators including Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, Ali Ghodsi (CEO of Databricks), and Frank Slootman (Former CEO of Snowflake).

- Create clear, visually compelling communications - announcements, reports, email graphics -that resonate with both internal and external audiences.
- Partner with GTM and Product teams to translate messaging into strong visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all external-facing design touchpoints, from digital campaigns to physical collateral.
- Focus on product marketing and growth design - craft visuals that help drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional graphic or marketing design experience - bonus if you’ve worked in B2B SaaS, tech startups, or agency environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of marketing collateral: presentations, event materials, digital ads, decks, etc.
- Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop.
- Expert understanding of branding, typography, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback—balancing quality and speed effectively.
