Job Introduction:

​Leads a team of product managers to develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs. Oversees the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of products. ​

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • ​Develops and communicates product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.
  • ​Manages and mentors a team of product managers, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • ​Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to bring products to market effectively.
  • ​Analyzes market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
  • ​Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform future strategies.
  • ​Drives continuous improvement in product management processes and practices. ​

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of leading successful product initiatives.
  • ​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • ​Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving product strategy.
  • ​Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable product plans.
  • ​Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • ​Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development tools.
