About the project
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the operational backbone of digital experience initiatives — from design system enablement and requirements documentation through experimentation coordination and personalization strategy — ensuring every initiative progresses efficiently and with measurable impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coordinate design program operations, ensuring product and design initiatives move efficiently across design, engineering, QA, and content teams.
- Drive adoption of design system components across product features — creating documentation, sharing knowledge, and bridging the gap between design and development.
- Define and maintain clear product requirements, use cases, and documentation, translating business goals into actionable specifications.
- Own the end-to-end A/B testing process: identify problems through data and user insight, think critically about root causes, align stakeholders on a solution, and see it through to measurable results.
- Act as the voice of the end user and the prospect — defining what information they need and what it takes for them to say yes, in support of acquisition and conversion.
- Lead the redesign of web pages and product experiences end to end, bringing a clear, well-reasoned point of view.
- Own customer journey stages and monetization strategy, validating whether the end consumer would actually pay for the product.
- Partner with data teams on user segmentation and personalization to inform targeting, journey optimization, and monetization decisions.
- Support roadmap development and feature prioritization, balancing user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a senior point of contact for stakeholders — managing expectations, proactively communicating status, and engaging in direct, constructive dialogue (including saying "no" with clear reasoning when needed).
- Mentor junior PMs and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and process improvements.
What makes you a great fit 🎯
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth Product Management, Product Operations, or Program/Design Operations.
- Proven experience coordinating programs across design, product, engineering, QA, and data teams.
- Strong experience with design systems — understanding their structure, driving adoption, and communicating component functionality cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with component-based CMS platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager or similar) — deep technical CMS expertise is not required.
- Strong written communication skills for product documentation — requirements, use cases, business rules, and process flows.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including some management experience within frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation, from problem identification through execution and follow-through.
- A consumer-PM mindset: part designer, part product thinker, with a strong customer focus and the ability to represent the end user.
- Strong data thinking around customer journey stages, conversion, and monetization — including whether the end consumer would pay for the product.
- Ability to clearly explain the reasoning behind product decisions, grounded in real-world experience.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-level English proficiency.
