Junior Cloud Administrator Fresh Graduates - 3 Years Experience

We are looking for a Junior Cloud Administrator to join a growing technology team in Kuala Lumpur.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, or cloud technologies. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills while supporting cloud infrastructure and customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure
• Assist with cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects
• Troubleshoot issues related to servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments
• Monitor system performance, availability, and infrastructure health
• Configure and maintain Linux/Windows servers and virtual machines
• Support networking and infrastructure configuration
• Work with technical teams and customers to investigate and resolve technical issues
• Prepare technical documentation and basic infrastructure/architecture diagrams
• Assist with infrastructure automation and operational improvements

Requirements

• Fresh graduates to 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, network engineering, cloud operations, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic background or internship experience are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms, servers, networking, and virtualization
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewall, routing, and subnetting
• Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows Server
• Exposure to VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and work with new cloud technologies
• Good communication skills and ability to work with technical teams and customers

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Alibaba Cloud
• Cloud-related certifications
• Terraform or other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
• Docker / Kubernetes
• Scripting or automation experience
• Exposure to on-premise to cloud migration projects
