Description

Lyst is a global fashion shopping platform founded in London in 2010 and catering to over 160M shoppers per year. We offer our customers the largest assortment of premium and luxury fashion products in one place, curating pieces from 27,000 of the world's leading brands and stores. In 2025, Lyst joined Zozo, operators of Zozotown, the leading fashion e-commerce platform in Japan. This partnership marks a bold new era for Lyst, as we accelerate our vision and work together to transform the future of fashion shopping through AI and technology.

At Lyst, we obsess over the customer, providing a search and discovery experience which offers inspiration, fulfilment, and personalisation. We believe that fashion is amazing but shopping for fashion often isn't, and we use our technology, data and creativity to bring more joy, greater choice and fewer fails. Our mission is to help fashion shoppers make better decisions and help fashion partners find better audiences as the category-leading destination for every fashion shopper.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Account Executive to join our team and help manage the technical onboarding of new brands and retail partners onto the Lyst platform.

You will work closely with our commercial, acquisition and technical teams, as well as external partners, to ensure that brands are successfully integrated onto Lyst and are able to launch efficiently.

The role sits at the intersection of technology, account management and operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems while working directly with partners.

You will take ownership of the technical onboarding process, helping partners understand Lyst's technical requirements, troubleshooting issues with product feeds and coordinating with internal teams to get partners successfully live.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the technical onboarding process for new Lyst partners from initial setup through to launch
  • Work directly with brands, retailers and their technical teams to understand their feed setup and technical requirements
  • Review and troubleshoot product feeds, identifying missing, incorrect or incomplete data
  • Support partners with issues relating to feed availability, feed structure, product data and technical requirements
  • Coordinate the exchange and validation of product feeds through methods such as FTP, SFTP and other feed delivery methods
  • Perform technical checks to ensure partner feeds meet Lyst's requirements before launch
  • Work closely with internal Engineering, Account Management, Acquisition and other teams to resolve technical blockers
  • Track partner progress through the onboarding pipeline and ensure issues are followed up in a timely manner
  • Communicate technical requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Escalate complex technical issues where appropriate and ensure they are driven through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of partner progress, issues and technical requirements within internal systems
  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and make partner integrations faster and more efficient
  • Provide ongoing technical support to partners where required after launch

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is organised, technically curious and comfortable working with external partners.

You don't necessarily need to be a software engineer. What's important is that you're able to understand technical concepts, investigate problems logically and communicate solutions clearly.

  • Experience working in a technical support, account management, operations or partner-facing role
  • An interest in technology, data and e-commerce
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data
  • The confidence to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • The ability to take ownership of problems and drive them through to resolution
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop your technical knowledge
