About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions that drive innovation and business transformation.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, AI engineers, data scientists, project managers, and technical teams to define architecture strategies, guide implementation, and ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies across complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end architectures for AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and cloud-native services.

Lead architecture assessments, technical design workshops, and technology selection activities.

Translate business requirements and functional and non-functional needs into comprehensive technical architectures.

Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, best practices, and reusable design patterns for AI solution delivery.

Ensure compliance with security, scalability, performance, data governance, and Responsible AI requirements.

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to AI engineering, data, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms to support innovation and strategic AI initiatives.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or Generative AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including AI and data services.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, microservices architecture, security, governance, and scalable system design.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills, with experience engaging business and technology leaders.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions, architecture reviews, and client engagements.
