In a nutshell
As a Product Manager at Picnic, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, tackling complex challenges with fresh, groundbreaking solutions. This role is all about driving impact - you’ll develop product strategies by analyzing data and identifying opportunities that push boundaries and define the way we’re building our supply chain logic.
Tricks of the trade
- Setting new standards: implementing the next generation of purchasing algorithms, last mile logic, warehouse components or onboarding automation
- Improving the fully automated warehouse: going beyond the business case by designing better strategies and building robust systems (e.g. designing new picking strategies, improving the automated storage system)
- Innovating across borders: building a new fully automated warehouse in Germany, opening a new warehouse in France or working on a streamlined supply chain across borders? You will deliver impact all over Europe.
- Building sustainable solutions: launch new initiatives to improve the quality of fresh products like fruits, vegetables and bread during storage and delivery to improve customer satisfaction, and enable us to operate a supply chain where we consider safety first
- Leading with ambition: Using your relentless determination and grit to take the driver's seat and redefine the puzzle behind a smooth grocery shopping experience
Your superpowers
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics or an equivalent quantitative study
- 2-5 years of work experience in a product-led company, ideally experienced with building supply chain solutions
- Problem-solving mindset and passion for tackling complex challenges
- Strong communication skills which allow you to convert abstract plans into concrete actions for your team
*Please Note: This is not a one-time hire. We’re hiring for this role throughout the year as part of our ongoing growth and expansion.
