About the role
Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a ChatGPT Developer to build applications and integrations powered by OpenAI's models. You'll design conversational experiences, custom GPTs, and API-driven features that solve real business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build applications and features using OpenAI's ChatGPT/API models
- Develop custom prompts, system instructions, and conversation flows
- Integrate ChatGPT capabilities into existing products and workflows
- Test and refine outputs for accuracy, safety, and consistency
- Monitor usage, costs, and performance of AI integrations
- Stay current with new OpenAI features and best practices
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience developing with the OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs
- Strong prompt engineering skills
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/Node.js
- Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs
- Understanding of conversational AI design principles
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience building custom GPTs or AI assistants
- Familiarity with vector databases and RAG techniques
- Knowledge of AI safety and content moderation practices
