Product Engineer

As one of the first engineers, you’ll work directly with the founders to shape the foundation of our product, infrastructure, and engineering culture.

What You’ll Do

Own the delivery of high-quality user experiences across the Lapel platform Work closely with founders, designers, and customers to translate ideas into robust products Move fluidly between Figma and code to bring interfaces to life with care and polish Shape frontend architecture, tooling, and UI standards Own key projects end-to-end, from scoping to deployment to post-launch iteration Build fast, beautiful, and user-friendly features with React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern frontend frameworks You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have 4+ years of engineering experience and a strong track record of shipping high-quality products at scale Are customer-obsessed, hungry, and creative — you turn ambiguity into systems that work Love fast-paced environments and working across disciplines Are collaborative and go the extra mile to help those around you to do their best work Are deeply curious and love learning new systems and filling in missing skills This role is fully in-person at our San Francisco HQ.
