Founder's Associate, Product

About the Role

Join the product team as a technical Founder's Associate, working directly with the CTO on product strategy, customer insights, and hiring. You will help shape a Voice AI product by connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and emerging AI techniques.

What You'll Do

• Analyze customer data and feedback to identify high-impact problems and prioritize product improvements.
• Conduct customer interviews to understand user needs and pain points.
• Research market opportunities and competitors to inform product strategy.
• Test and evaluate AI models, prompting techniques, and Voice AI approaches.
• Triage product feedback and assess which issues warrant engineering effort.
• Support the CTO with recruiting and technical evaluation of engineers.

What We're Looking For

• A technical background and hands-on experience building or shipping products.
• Experience working with AI or Voice AI systems, or evaluating AI models and prompting techniques.
• Experience conducting customer interviews and using customer data and feedback to inform product decisions.
• Experience with competitive research, product prioritization, and hiring or evaluating engineers.
• Strong written and verbal communication, structured problem-solving, high ownership, and openness to direct feedback.
• Product judgment, commercial instinct, and experience in a fast-moving, experimental environment, ideally with B2C products or platforms.
