ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support application delivery and deployment automation.
  • Develop and maintain automated build, deployment, and release processes across Linux environments.
  • Create and update deployment, provisioning, and infrastructure automation scripts.
  • Support DevOps, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Delivery (CD), and testing automation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the CI/CD pipeline and deployment environments.
  • Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and operations teams to streamline software delivery.
  • Support source control, build automation, merge management, testing, and production deployments.
  • Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code and configuration management solutions.
  • Develop standards, policies, and best practices for DevOps and deployment operations.
  • Support AWS-based infrastructure and cloud deployment activities

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Experience administering and supporting Linux environments.
  • Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD pipeline development.
  • Experience with Groovy scripting and automation development.
  • Experience with Red Hat Ansible or configuration management tools.
  • Experience developing build, deployment, and infrastructure automation solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting deployment and production support issues.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Candidates must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience supporting CMS, Federal Government, or healthcare systems.
  • Experience with AWS cloud architecture and cloud-native deployments.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Packer).
  • Experience with Gradle build automation.
  • Experience with Python, Bash, or Scala scripting.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices and automated testing.
  • Experience with middleware administration and application platform support.
  • Experience with Play Framework and modern application deployment architectures.

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
