- Help customers configure and improve AI agents to address operational challenges and increase resolution rates.
- Analyze performance data to measure effectiveness, identify opportunities, and support continuous improvement.
- Support pre-sales work, including proof-of-concepts, technical due diligence, and handoffs to implementation.
- Represent customer needs in collaboration with AI, engineering, and sales teams, and contribute insights to product direction.
- Build scalable onboarding and implementation processes, while managing project risks and governance related to security, compliance, and responsible AI.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5 years of experience in forward-deployed, customer-facing technical roles delivering enterprise software or AI platform implementations.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and technical solution design in enterprise environments.
- A track record of owning complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from scoping through implementation.
- Experience with compliance, security, or risk governance in enterprise or regulated technology deployments.
- Experience supporting pre-sales cycles, including proof-of-concepts and technical due diligence.
- Comfort using SQL, data warehouses, and analytics tools such as BigQuery or similar platforms to understand performance metrics.
- Strong customer communication skills, sound technical judgment, and an entrepreneurial approach to balancing customer goals with feasibility.
