About the Role
We're looking for a senior Automation & AI Implementation Specialist to lead AI adoption, workflow automation, and process improvement across the firm.

You'll audit existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and independently design and implement AI-powered automations and integrations. This is a highly autonomous role for someone who has previous experience automating law firm operations and can identify what needs improvement without waiting for detailed instructions.

What You'll Do

  • Audit workflows across the firm and identify opportunities for AI, automation, and process improvement
  • Design, build, and implement AI-powered workflows and automations
  • Troubleshoot and improve existing automations that are unreliable or broken
  • Build and maintain integrations across Clio, Lawmatics, Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse
  • Develop workflows using Zapier and n8n, including more customized solutions when needed
  • Use APIs and custom development to solve problems that existing tools can't handle effectively
  • Leverage Claude Code and other leading LLMs to rapidly build, troubleshoot, and optimize automations, integrations, internal tools, and AI-powered workflows
  • Own projects end-to-end, from identifying the problem through implementation, testing, and ongoing optimization

Requirements

  • Previous experience implementing automations and process improvements for law firms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI implementation and business process automation.
  • Strong experience working with LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT/OpenAI, Gemini, or similar models to build AI-powered workflows and business process automations.
  • Experience integrating LLMs into workflows through APIs, webhooks, n8n, Zapier, or custom development.
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted coding tools to troubleshoot existing systems, write or modify code, connect APIs, and rapidly implement solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Clio and Lawmatics.
  • Experience integrating Slack, Gmail, Dialpad, Hubstaff, and Agorapulse or comparable business platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, and custom software/internal tool development.
  • Ability to independently identify inefficient workflows and determine the best technical solution.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to fix broken automations and integrations.
  • Self-starter capable of owning projects from strategy through execution with minimal direction.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to maintain partial overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • Time is tracked through Hubstaff during working hours

Benefits

  • Fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the world
  • Partial overlap with U.S. business hours required (full overlap not necessary)
  • Long-term role with a stable, established firm
  • High-impact position with direct access to firm leadership
