GTM Engineer

About the Role

As a GTM Engineer, you will own and scale the outbound email engine for a growing AI communications software business. You will combine deliverability expertise, thoughtful copywriting, and data-led experimentation to build a consistent source of qualified sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Build and operate high-volume email sending infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes, scaling safely to six or seven figures in monthly sends.
• Manage deliverability end to end, including domain setup, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, warmup protocols, bounce management, and inbox placement.
• Write and test personalized, human-sounding cold email copy that supports outbound conversion.
• Build prospect lists and maintain data quality, validation, hygiene, and segmentation for campaigns.
• Design and run experiments across messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, using results to improve conversion.
• Manage outbound workflows and integrations across modern MarTech and CRM tools, including platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly.
• Turn campaign performance data into actionable insights for the sales pipeline.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including substantial monthly sending volume.
• Expert knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals and experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains.
• Strong cold email copywriting skills, with an ability to personalize messaging at scale.
• Experience with prospect research, list building, data pipelines, and outbound campaign execution.
• A track record of running A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, plus familiarity with B2B SaaS outbound and sales development workflows.
• Native-level German and fluent English; experience with AI voice agents or conversational AI is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: €80,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
