We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.

In this role, you’ll define how AI is applied to complex enterprise workflows across pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance - areas where correctness, trust, and explainability matter as much as speed. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, GTM teams, and customers to translate real operational pain points into products that are both technically deep and commercially impactful. This is a hands-on, systems-oriented PM role.

You’ll work “close to the metal” by shaping platform primitives, data models, and automation boundaries, not just feature specs, and by making tradeoffs across scalability, reliability, and customer experience. This role is ideal for a PM who:

• Enjoys owning ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces
• Is excited by complex systems and platform products
• Wants to shape how AI is used in production, not just prototypes
• Is comfortable partnering deeply with senior engineers and enterprise customers We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office.
