Our Cybersecurity Division designs, deploys and supports security solutions for critical infrastructure and enterprise customers, with a strong focus on OT/IoT security and resilience. We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to act as technical architect for solution delivery and lead our Professional and Support Services, across both OT and IT environments. Full training and certification on our OT security technologies will be provided.

• OT/IoT security: network visibility and threat detection (Nozomi Networks), industrial endpoint protection, secure remote access
• Network security: Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks), VPN and segmentation
• DDoS protection (NETSCOUT Arbor)
• Complementary identity resilience and endpoint protection solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Translate solution scope agreed with our Presales team into detailed technical designs (HLD/LLD), and provide feedback on feasibility and lessons learned.
• Lead and deliver Professional Services: deployment, configuration, integration and hardening at customer sites.
• Own Support Services as senior escalation point, managing SLAs and driving root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Guide and coordinate a small team of engineers, setting technical direction and supporting their development.
• Act as technical counterpart to customer CISOs, explaining how deployed controls support their security and regulatory objectives.
• Produce technical documentation (as-built, runbooks, handover material) and maintain vendor relationships and certifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network and/or cybersecurity engineering, including experience guiding or mentoring other engineers.
• Experience at a System Integrator, MSSP or security vendor, delivering projects and services to customers.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying Next-Generation Firewalls (Fortinet and/or Palo Alto Networks).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing & switching, VLANs, VPNs, and Windows/Linux systems.
• Exposure to OT/ICS environments, or strong interest in developing OT security expertise.
• Solid understanding of DDoS attack types and mitigation approaches.
• Working knowledge of NIS2, IEC 62443 and ISO 27001, sufficient to discuss technical controls with CISOs.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English, and willingness to travel to customer sites in Greece and abroad.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with OT security platforms (ideally Nozomi Networks) and industrial protocols (e.g. Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, IEC 104, OPC UA).
• Hands-on experience with DDoS mitigation solutions, ideally NETSCOUT Arbor.
• Experience with OT secure remote access, Active Directory security and recovery, or endpoint protection solutions.
• Vendor or OT security certifications (e.g. Fortinet NSE 4–7, PCNSE, Nozomi Networks, GICSP).
• Experience in energy, oil & gas, maritime, utilities or manufacturing projects.
