DAE Mechanical Engineer - Production

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DAE Mechanical Engineer to join our Production team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate who is interested in gaining practical experience in manufacturing, production operations, machine handling, and shopfloor processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day production activities and shopfloor operations.
• Assist in monitoring production targets and daily output.
• Support supervisors and production teams in ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor machine and equipment performance and report issues to the concerned team.
• Assist in identifying production delays, breakdowns, and operational issues.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, PPC, Stores, and other relevant departments as required.
• Ensure production activities are carried out according to defined SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain basic production records and reports.
• Learn and support process improvement and productivity initiatives.

Requirements

• DAE in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shopfloor environment.
• Basic MS Office skills.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to develop technical and professional skills.
