SENIOR CONTRACT EXECUTIVE: INFRA KL HQ OFFICE

HQ commercial & QS ops for Infra / Viaduct / LRT projects. Brand new long-term project. On-time pay, zero sub claims friction & high-visibility commercial role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
-Manage full pre & post-contract QS operations.
-Evaluate BQs, tenders, pricing strategies & cost plans.
-Handle progress claims, VOs & EOT claim support.
-Lead & mentor 2–3 junior QS staff.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
-Formal EOT delay analysis & claims under PWD / PAM / FIDIC.
-Complex Variation Order (VO) valuations & dispute resolution.
-Commercial viaduct risk management & cash flow control.

EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
-Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
-QS experience in civil engineering, bridges, or building.
-Solid knowledge of BQs, tendering, VOs & contracts.

BONUS:
-Contractor-side QS on civil / bridge / rail packages
-Extension of Time (EOT) claim preparation
-Variation Order (VO) valuation & negotiation
-Subcontractor package awards & final accounts

WORK SETUP & BENEFITS:
-KL HQ office based (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, alt Sat 8am-1pm).
-Fixed monthly allowances + EPF + performance bonus.
