About the role
ABOUT THE PRODUCT MANAGER ROLE:
WIN is looking for Technical Product Managers to join our growing team in India. You will work at the intersection of AI, operations, data, and customer experience to build scalable, high-impact products across internal and customer-facing platforms. This is not a Scrum Master or delivery coordination role.
This role requires a strong product mindset - someone who can identify opportunities before the market does, translate ambiguity into structured systems, and build products that fundamentally change how people work. You will work across AI-powered workflows, inspection operations, data intelligence, and platform thinking to create products that drive real business outcomes and long-term value.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Define and drive product strategy for internal and customer-facing platforms
● Identify product opportunities across AI, automation, analytics, and workflow optimization
● Translate complex and ambiguous business problems into structured product solutions
● Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and leadership to shape product roadmap
● Build scalable product systems and frameworks instead of one-off feature solutions
● Prioritize initiatives based on impact, adoption, and business outcomes
● Leverage data, user research, and experimentation to deeply understand user behaviour
● Drive execution with clarity and ownership without acting as a project coordinator
● Focus on long-term product value including adoption, retention, efficiency, and ecosystem growth
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● 6+ years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership in a product-driven company
● Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and platform architecture fundamentals
● Familiarity with AI/LLM workflows and their practical applications in products
● Experience with product analytics, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
● Understanding of SaaS product models and workflow automation ecosystems
● Ability to work closely with engineering teams and evaluate technical feasibility
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex systems
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
● Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
● Ownership mindset, curiosity, and bias for action
GOOD TO HAVE:
● Experience with AI copilots, conversational interfaces, or workflow engines
● Exposure to automation tools, predictive analytics, or operational products
● Experience building or scaling B2B SaaS platforms
● Strong understanding of product-led growth principles
● Design AI-first product experiences rather than simply adding AI features
WHY JOIN US?
● High-energy team enthusiastic about disrupting a massive industry
● Highly inclusive and collaborative culture built on mutual respect
● Focus on core values, initiative, leadership, and adaptability
● Strong emphasis on personal and professional development
● Opportunity to build AI-first products that create real business leverage
● Flexibility to work remotely
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Highly inclusive and collaborative culture
- Opportunity to work closely with India-based and US-based teams
- Strong focus on learning, ownership, and growth
- 100% remote working flexibility
