Technical Analyst (all humans)

We’re looking for someone who enjoys turning complex business needs into smart, simple, and scalable technical solutions. You’ll help shape the technical foundation behind modern digital banking – from APIs and automated workflows to AI-powered and agentic services.

You know how to bridge the gap between business and technology, whether that means designing great REST APIs, shaping end-to-end business workflows, or bringing different stakeholders together around a common solution. You are curious, structured, and a strong communicator who cares about clarity, consistency, and creating real value for our customers.

What to do:

• Translate business ideas and requirements into clear technical concepts, software requirements, APIs, and workflows
• Design REST APIs and integrations based on modern architecture principles and help evolve our API landscape
• Work on innovative digital banking solutions, including automation, AI-powered services, and emerging Agentic AI use cases
• Review functional and technical designs with scalability, security, maintainability, future business needs, and operations in mind
• Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product owners, data experts, and business stakeholders – from first idea to production
• Create shared understanding across business and IT and help teams make well-informed technical decisions
• Contribute to an agile environment using Jira and actively participate in refinements, Scrum or Kanban meetings, and retrospectives
• Continuously improve our APIs, processes, standards, and ways of working

You check these boxes:

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect business needs with technical solutions
• 5+ years of recent active experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, solution design, software engineering, or a comparable technical role
• A good understanding of modern technologies and architecture concepts such as REST APIs, Microservices, PaaS, SOA, system integration, and cloud technologies
• Interest in emerging technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI – hands-on experience is a plus, but curiosity and willingness to learn are just as important
• Active recent experience working in agile software delivery environments
• The ability to make complex topics simple and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to challenge ideas constructively and bring people together
• Good English skills; German is an advantage
• A technical degree is welcome, but relevant experience, technical understanding, and a passion for technology are just as important

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.700,- gross per month for this full time position.
