THE ROLE

Join Everpure™ as a Jr. DevOps Engineer, Corporate SRE and serve as a vital force multiplier for the DTG (Digital Transformation Group) Site Reliability Engineering team. In this high-impact entry-level position based on-site in Santa Clara, CA, you will drive operational excellence by tackling day-to-day service reliability, infrastructure support, and routine system troubleshooting.

By mastering high-velocity AI-assisted workflows using cutting-edge AI coding assistants like Claude, Gemini, and Replit, you will deliver the speed, execution, and output of a mid-level engineer while freeing senior team members to focus on architectural initiatives and long-term reliability roadmaps. This role places you at the center of local leadership collaboration, continuous learning, and cross-team support enablement within the Everpure™ Platform ecosystem.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Accelerate Operational & Reliability Support: Handle standard SRE requests, manage routine troubleshooting across Linux environments, local/cloud storage, and networking layers, and participate in entry-level on-call rotations under senior mentorship to safeguard system availability.
• Drive AI-Assisted Engineering ("Vibe Coding"): Leverage AI coding tools (Claude, Gemini, Replit) to rapidly generate, refactor, and test automation scripts, operational tooling, and bug fixes, maximizing engineering throughput.
• Enable Cross-Functional Teams & AI Adoption: Guide non-technical team members and colleagues in resolving coding obstacles within platforms like Replit, while helping organize local brown bag sessions and technical knowledge sharing at the Santa Clara site.
• Maintain Infrastructure & Pipeline Health: Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), observability and monitoring tools, and deployment workflows across Everpure™ SRE platforms.
• Standardize Operational Knowledge: Build, update, and maintain comprehensive service runbooks, incident documentation, and self-service patterns to streamline recurring operational tasks.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Core Technical & Troubleshooting Fundamentals: Solid understanding of Linux system administration, foundational networking, cloud infrastructure concepts, and routine scripting/coding principles.
• AI Tooling & Automation Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Replit) to accelerate script generation, debugging, and code refactoring.
• Collaborative Support & Enablement Mindset: Strong problem-solving aptitude paired with clear communication skills to mentor peers, assist non-coding team members through technical hurdles, and present in team brown bag sessions.
• On-Site Requirement: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is:

$115,000—$173,000 USD
