This is a uniquely broad role that gives you the opportunity to shape several of Fortnite's most player-facing systems, partnering with cross-functional teams to define strategy, execute live operations, and drive meaningful outcomes across your portfolio.
In this role, you will

- Drive alignment across teams by clearly documenting and communicating product requirements, ensuring all stakeholders share a unified understanding of goals and execution plans
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in live operations for consumer-facing products or games
- Comfort operating as a generalist with proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives across a broad feature portfolio
- A passion for games and a deep understanding of player retention, engagement, and progression mechanics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and turn insights into actionable product decisions; SQL proficiency required
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience writing product requirement documents and presenting to senior stakeholders
