Priorities shift with business needs, so the work spans automation, platform and transactional features.
What you'll do

- Lead frontend and backend development and mentor fellow engineers.
- Design and implement foundational services, including low-latency pairing logic, automated screening workflows and APIs.
- Own product surfaces end to end in close partnership with product and design.
- Work directly with customers and operators to understand their workflows, then design and ship automation that takes manual work off their plate.
- Build production AI systems on large language models, including tool use, retrieval, structured outputs and orchestration.
- Develop evaluation practices using real-world datasets, graders and experiments to measure improvements.
- Design the data layer, services and interfaces that these systems rely on, connecting with customers' existing business software.
- Standardize how new customer implementations are delivered so that onboarding gets smoother over time.
