Senior Packaging Engineer - Materials and Distribution Testing

Select and qualify the packaging that protects medicines on the way to patients at a leading biotechnology company in Juncos, Puerto Rico, from primary and secondary components through distribution testing.

What you'll do

• Write test protocols and technical evaluations for packaging materials (bottles, labels, trays, lidding, leaflets, paperboard, sterile barrier, corrugate).
• Run ASTM D4169 distribution testing.
• Write the reports that justify material choices.
• Manage packaging projects with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering + 4 years (or Master's + 2, or PhD).
• Packaging engineering in pharma/biotech final product.
• ASTM, ISO, TAPPI, USP and EP standards; GMP/GDP.
• Project management skills.

Benefits
