We are currently seeking an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform SME to support a major enterprise client in Melbourne. This is a contract opportunity for a highly capable consultant who can lead governance, migration, automation and modern workplace initiatives across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in managing, optimising and enhancing the client's Microsoft 365 environment, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Purview and automation. Working closely with both technical and business stakeholders, you will provide expert guidance, solution design, governance and hands-on delivery.

This role requires a consultant who is equally comfortable engaging stakeholders, facilitating workshops and solving complex technical challenges.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments
• Design and implement information architecture, site structures and governance frameworks
• Manage permissions, sharing controls and site lifecycle management
• Lead SharePoint migration assessments, planning and execution activities
• Deliver ShareGate-based migration projects and reporting
• Develop and maintain PowerShell and PnP PowerShell automation solutions
• Configure and manage Microsoft Purview information protection and retention capabilities
• Develop and support Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
• Provide technical leadership, documentation and troubleshooting support
• Engage business stakeholders to gather requirements and facilitate workshops
• Contribute to broader Microsoft 365 governance, security and compliance initiatives
