Senior Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help our clients get from idea to live, making sure the products we deliver add real value to their organisations. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders, bring people together through workshops and conversations, and take on ambiguous problems where the answer isn’t obvious yet.

The must haves:

• An Agile background and experience in all aspects of the Product Development Lifecycle (from idea to live)
• A pragmatic approach to Agile methods and frameworks
• A keen eye for detail whilst still maintaining the ability to view and prioritise the bigger picture
• Natural facilitator bringing people into conversations and workshops to ensure true collaboration
• Ability to align business priorities to true value, supporting Product Owners in ensuring that delivery is building products that add value to the organisation
• Up to date with both Agile and BA developments and practices
• Evidence of managing stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements are filled
• Ability to work in a team, with minimal supervision

And it would be great if you have any of these:

• Experience in the public sector and healthcare industry
• Experience working in a technology or consulting company
• Involvement in community building via blogs, talks, meetups, or other means
