Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Adobe Multi-Solution Architect (MSA) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise digital marketing solutions across the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem while driving AI-native engineering practices across technical teams. In this role, you will combine deep expertise across multiple Adobe solutions with hands-on software development, enterprise architecture, and client-facing consulting. You will design scalable, multi-channel digital experiences, optimize existing marketing technology ecosystems, and develop strategic roadmaps that drive personalization, customer engagement, and business outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings strong architectural and commercial acumen, experience leading global enterprise technology engagements, and demonstrated expertise in AI-assisted and agentic engineering. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate software development, build intelligent workflows and automation, and establish engineering best practices that improve delivery quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise digital marketing solutions using multiple Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Audit existing digital ecosystems and recommend improvements across personalization, customer data, content, and marketing automation.
• Develop solution architectures, technical documentation, governance frameworks, and multi-year digital roadmaps.
• Lead solution estimation, scoping, resource planning, timelines, and pre-sales technical engagements.
• Develop proofs of concept, integrations, and production solutions using TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, V0, and Vercel to accelerate development and build AI agents, workflows, and automation.
• Drive engineering excellence, testing strategies, performance standards, and AI-native development practices.
• Collaborate with clients, executive stakeholders, sales, and global engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical thought leadership, best practices, and continuous innovation.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• 8–10 years of engineering experience, including enterprise architecture and digital transformation.
• Deep expertise across multiple Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience implementing or managing three or more products.
• At least 4 years of experience architecting complex, multi-channel digital marketing solutions for enterprise clients.
• Adobe Multi-Solution Architect certification or other relevant Adobe certifications.
• Strong hands-on development skills in TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and Java, with experience in APIs, enterprise data platforms, and headless CMS solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture, system design, pre-sales, project estimation, and executive stakeholder management.
• Mandatory experience working with enterprise clients in the U.S. and Europe, leading global delivery programs, and collaborating across distributed teams.
• Mandatory AI engineering expertise, including hands-on use of Claude Code, Cursor, V0, or equivalent tools, and experience building AI agents, orchestrated workflows, and automation.
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and driving AI-native development practices.
