Integrations Engineer

This Integrations Engineer position is the technical backbone of a global leader’s marketing technology ecosystem. The role focuses on building, monitoring, and troubleshooting integrations between enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Marketo, keeping data flowing reliably at scale. You’ll have the opportunity to become the go-to technical expert for the Marketing Operations team, solving issues the same day instead of in weeks.

You’ll also play a key part in an upcoming platform migration and help shape a new support model from the ground up. It’s a high-impact, highly visible role for an engineer who enjoys connecting systems and getting to the root of complex problems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting SaaS platforms, integrations, or enterprise business systems.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo administration, development, or integration support, including supporting Marketo-Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with integration technologies and supporting production systems and business-critical workflows.
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Availability to work during GMT-8 working hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with REST APIs and web services.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Coupa integrations or other enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with middleware, integration platforms, or iPaaS solutions.
