Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer

Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced a Modern Workplace & Endpoint Engineer to join our Managed Workplace Services team, supporting endpoint, application delivery, and Microsoft 365 collaboration operations for enterprise Customers — with immediate deployment onto a strategic Customer engagement and onward deployment across Quento's Managed Workplace Services portfolio.

Your responsibilities will entail:

• Endpoint operations (primary): Intune device configuration, Autopilot provisioning, compliance & Conditional Access management, patching cycles (OS + third-party), endpoint troubleshooting up to L2 escalation;
• Application delivery: package and deploy applications via Intune Win32, MSIX and Company Portal; support the application intake → test rings → production release cycle;
• M365 administration: day-to-day admin of Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive; sensitivity-label enforcement at endpoint; Copilot rollout support and adoption tracking;
• Modern collaboration: support Teams governance changes (guest access, external federation, meeting policies), room-connected Teams devices, and hybrid work scenarios;
• Knowledge transfer & onboarding: actively participate in Customer KT workshops and shadow the incumbent alongside the Service Manager; capture undocumented knowledge; produce daily notes and build the operational runbook library;
• Documentation & knowledge base: contribute to SOPs, runbooks, KB articles; maintain the endpoint operations manual and delivery playbook;
• Ticket handling: manage endpoint and workplace tickets in ServiceNow (Incident/Request/Change), meet contractual SLA/OLA targets, drive first-time-fix rate;
• Continuous improvement: identify automation and process improvement opportunities; contribute to the service improvement backlog;
• Multi-client readiness: build knowledge portable across Customers; maintain Quento-standard playbooks; participate in onboarding of new managed workplace clients when required;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Modern Workplace / endpoint operations at enterprise scale (300+ users);
• Experience supporting enterprise Customers in a managed-services or multi-client environment;
• Experience troubleshooting endpoint and collaboration incidents in production environments;
• Experience working within ITSM ticketing and change management processes (ServiceNow or equivalent);
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills;
• Fluent English (B2 minimum) — non-negotiable given Customer-facing interaction;

Technical Knowledge

• Microsoft Intune — device configuration profiles, compliance policies, app protection, Autopilot, ESP, Endpoint Analytics;
• Windows 10/11 administration — image management, driver/firmware, hardening baselines, patching (WUfB rings);
• M365 administration — Teams admin center, Exchange Online, SharePoint & OneDrive admin, sensitivity labels, retention policies;
• Entra ID basics — users, groups, group-based licensing, MFA registration, Conditional Access reading (not authoring at L2);
• Application packaging — PSADT, MSIX, IntuneWin, PowerShell packaging scripts;
• PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL and operational support practices;
• Microsoft MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator);
• Experience working in 24x7 or multi-Customer managed-services environments;
• Experience working in regulated or highly available environments.

Working model: Standard hybrid working pattern, with periodic Customer-site travel and flexibility during onboarding/shadowing phases as required by active engagements.
