This role is eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a strong focus on water and wastewater engineering. Candidates with experience in groundwater engineering are highly desirable. As a Civil Project Engineer, you will contribute to the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects from design through construction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, technical reports, and contract documents
  • Perform and/or lead construction observation and construction management activities
  • Provide technical guidance and quality control throughout the design and construction process
  • Support clients through bidding, contracting, and construction administration
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to support permitting and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop practical, cost-effective engineering solutions
  • Apply sound engineering judgment to address project challenges and support successful project delivery

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • 4+ years of civil engineering experience
  • Experience with water and wastewater engineering projects
  • Strong technical, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a project environment
  • Passion for learning, professional growth, and hands-on engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AutoCAD experience
  • GIS experience
  • Construction observation and/or construction management experience
  • Groundwater engineering experience
  • Experience supporting permitting, regulatory compliance, and construction administration activities
