AI IT and Integrations Lead

The Role

You'll own the access, identity and integration work that connects our AI platform to the business, so every connection is secure, approved and working.

What You Will Be Doing

• You'll turn loose requests into precise requirements for APIs, accounts, authentication, scopes and permissions.
• You'll coordinate IAM, SSO, service accounts and OAuth apps so access matches exactly what's been approved.
• You'll work with each company's IT teams and system owners to secure approvals and clear blockers quickly.
• You'll configure the AI platform side, coordinate connector builds with engineering, and test workflows before handover.
• You'll keep access records current and manage credential rotation and revocation.
• You'll use AI to automate the admin, because nobody should do the same task manually twice.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong knowledge of enterprise IT, IAM, service accounts, OAuth and API permissions
• A proven track record of delivering integrations across multiple teams
• Hands-on experience diagnosing and fixing access and authentication failures
• Excellent coordination, documentation and follow-through. When you say it's done, it's done.
• A security-first mindset, with least privilege, clean audit trails and no shortcuts
• Bonus points for Okta or OneLogin, Google Workspace, GCP IAM, SAML/OIDC, MCP or enterprise SaaS integrations
