- Experience with eLearning authoring and design tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and Camtasia
- Experience designing and developing training across modalities: eLearning, ILT, and video
- Experience creating job aids and reference materials
- Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience updating and maintaining large or evolving content libraries
- Multimedia development capabilities (video editing, graphic design, animation)
- Comfort using AI tools to support drafting, iteration, or quality checks
- Experience supporting onboarding, product knowledge, troubleshooting, or customer experience content
- A Particularly strong candidate is someone who has strong LXD/instructional design experience + experience in a complex technical environment + excellent stakeholder skills + a genuine interest in technology/space.
