About the Role

We’re looking for a Software Engineer II to join Blaze, the CRM team that powers communications with our customers and experts via email, SMS, and push notifications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-level engineer who wants to expand their skills, take on meaningful technical challenges, and work on innovative solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with practical AI development, going beyond simply using AI coding tools to help build AI-powered capabilities into our products.

The role offers a mix of front-end and back-end development, letting you work across the full stack rather than being limited to one area. You’ll also help evolve our visually driven CRM platform—a product with the potential to stand on its own.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain features for the CRM platform, ensuring optimal customer communication across multiple channels (email, SMS, instant messaging).
• Learn about and work with LLMs for code generation, verification, and intelligent messaging within our CRM system.
• Develop full-stack solutions using the .NET Core stack.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Create efficient front-end interfaces with frameworks like React, Redux, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs and server-side logic.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure continuous delivery and improvement of software solutions.
• Write unit tests and ensure code quality with automated testing processes.
• Work closely with product, analytics, and business teams to gather and refine project requirements.
• Participate in code reviews and design discussions to improve overall team productivity and code quality.
• Optimize database queries and web application performance to handle high loads and large datasets.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience with a proven track record in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with .NET (C#), JavaScript, SQL, and front-end frameworks (React, Redux, TypeScript).
• Expertise in using Git for managing codebases.
• Experience developing automated tests (unit and integration) using test-driven development (TDD) methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a focus on CI/CD practices.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalable systems.
• Experience with CRM systems or customer communication platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Intermediate level of English or higher.
