About the role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead marketing infrastructure setup and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience managing technical projects, implementing ATS/CRM platforms, and coordinating Agile project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Oversee ATS (Recruitee), CRM, analytics, and project management tool implementation.
- Manage Agile activities, including sprint planning, backlogs, and task tracking.
- Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate GTM launch activities and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain project dashboards and provide regular stakeholder updates.
- Identify operational challenges and drive process improvements.
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management, digital transformation, or GTM launches.
- Experience with Recruitee or similar ATS platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing technology, and analytics tools.
- Experience with Jira, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP or CSM certification is preferred.
