We are looking for an experienced full-stack software and AI engineer to build internal cybersecurity platforms and developer tools. The role combines AI-assisted development, agent harness engineering, application security, Python development, MCP server design, and AWS cloud architecture.

You will use coding agents to move rapidly from requirements to working software while remaining accountable for architecture, security, quality, and production outcomes. Fast-paced delivery is expected without compromising reliability or engineering quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Deliver secure, reliable software at a consistently fast pace using Claude Code.
  • Develop Python services, web applications, integrations, and developer tools.
  • Design MCP servers and agent workflows.
  • Build and tune custom AI harnesses for security scanning, including hardcoded secrets, SAST, and SCA.
  • Review AI-generated code and validate agent outputs.
  • Design and operate secure AWS architecture and deployment workflows.

Requirements

  • Strong production experience with AI coding agents and harness engineering.
  • Experience designing MCP servers, tools, and agent workflows.
  • A security engineering or application security background is strongly preferred.
  • Professional Python development and automated testing experience.
  • Strong cloud engineering and architecture experience, predominantly on AWS.
  • Strong technical judgment, ownership, and communication skills.
  • Experience building developer-facing CLI tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Candidates must declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
