About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Global Platform Enablement to help drive adoption and value from WPP Open, our AI-powered marketing platform.

You’ll work in collaboration with Product, Go-to-Market and regional teams to turn new platform capabilities into clear, practical enablement that helps people understand, adopt and get value from them. This is a hands-on role combining product enablement, training, content creation and stakeholder engagement.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Product Enablement Lead, WPP Open, you will:

• Become a subject matter expert in WPP Open capabilities and translate product releases into clear, user-friendly enablement.
• Contribute to training, playbooks, guides, knowledge articles and other scalable resources.
• Deliver training sessions, product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to support launches and drive adoption.
• Support global, regional and client enablement teams and champion networks.
• Track adoption and engagement to identify where additional support is needed.
• Gather user and client feedback and bring those insights back to product teams to improve the platform and user experience.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in product enablement, customer success, product marketing or a similar role, with a focus on driving product adoption.
• Communication, presentation and training skills.
• Experience creating effective enablement content and programmes.
• Experience working across global, matrixed teams and building stakeholder relationships.
• Analytical experience using adoption and engagement data.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience in AdTech, creative or production environments is desirable.
• Exposure to AI-powered technology and workflow automation would be an advantage.
