BIM Automation Engineer (Autodesk Revit & Forma)

About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Specialist with strong Revit experience and knowledge of Autodesk Forma. You will support projects from early concept design through to detailed design and documentation, building BIM models and helping teams make better design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models and construction documentation in Autodesk Revit (architectural, structural, or MEP, depending on the project)
• Use Autodesk Forma for early-stage site planning, massing studies, and environmental analysis (sun, daylight, wind, noise)
• Compare design options and present findings to the design team and clients
• Transfer concept designs from Forma into Revit and develop them further
• Create and manage Revit families, templates, and project standards
• Produce plans, sections, schedules, and quantity take-offs from the model
• Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve clashes (Navisworks or similar)
• Follow the BIM Execution Plan and keep model quality and data consistent
• Support the team with BIM workflows, best practices, and training

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• [2-3] years of hands-on experience with Revit in real projects
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Forma (or Spacemaker), or strong experience in conceptual design and massing studies
• Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and model coordination
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamo or pyRevit for automation
• Experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Knowledge of IFC and other BIM exchange formats
• Interest in sustainability and environmental analysis
• Revit API experience (C#/.NET) is a plus
