Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2 years in college with no back subjects
- 2 to 5 years of recent experience in Recruitment Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Technology, Recruitment CRM platforms, or AI-powered recruitment workflows.
- Must have equivalent hands-on experience using AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and making judgment-based decisions
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Preferably available to start immediately
