In this contract role, you will work closely with Cloud Engineering, Security, Risk, and Compliance stakeholders to develop comprehensive technical documentation that supports remediation activities, cloud hardening initiatives, and regulatory expectations.

You will play an important role in translating complex cloud engineering concepts into clear, structured, and audit-ready documentation, helping ensure that remediation activities are accurately recorded, traceable, and aligned with regulatory requirements.

Support regulatory and audit readiness by ensuring remediation evidence, control documentation, technical standards, and supporting artefacts are comprehensive, consistent, and traceable.

Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify documentation gaps, maintain version control, and ensure deliverables align with remediation timelines and governance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within financial services, banking, technology, or regulated environments.

Experience with Cloud Engineering and cloud hardening, including an understanding of cloud infrastructure, security configurations, technical controls, and operational standards.

Strong technical documentation skills, with the ability to produce structured procedures, technical standards, control documentation, and remediation evidence.

Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management, with the ability to document technical activities in a manner suitable for governance, audit, and regulatory review.

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, cybersecurity, risk, and compliance functions.
