About the Role

Join a consumer gaming platform as a hands-on product growth individual contributor focused on its creator marketplace. You will build the creator growth function, helping creators move from discovery to publishing while partnering closely with product, design, data, and engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Identify growth opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments to improve acquisition, activation, and engagement.
  • Build mockups and prototypes with coding and AI prototyping tools, then partner with front-end engineers to bring successful ideas to production.
  • Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into growth strategies.
  • Gather feedback from creators and use it to guide product iterations.
  • Collaborate across engineering, design, and data to shape the roadmap and establish a scalable growth function.

What We're Looking For

  • Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth product manager for a consumer product.
  • Experience owning consumer product growth across acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments and analyzing results.
  • A hands-on individual contributor who has shipped or prototyped products, scripts, or side projects.
  • Strong data analytics skills, including SQL, Python, product analytics tools, and A/B testing.
  • Strong computer science fundamentals or equivalent technical background.
  • Experience with creator platforms, user-generated content, games, marketplaces, or other two-sided platforms is valuable.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Los Altos, California, four days per week.
