About the Role

Join a product engineering team building AI-enabled software for an industrial staffing and operations marketplace. You will apply existing AI agents and frontier models to real customer workflows, while also owning broader product and platform work wherever it has the greatest impact.

What You'll Do

  • Apply AI models and agents across worker, business, and operations products to improve vetting, matching, and fulfillment.
  • Lead frontend and backend development and mentor other engineers.
  • Design and build core systems, including real-time matching, automated vetting workflows, distributed services, and APIs.
  • Own product features end to end, working closely with product and design partners.
  • Contribute to architecture, deployment, and platform work as priorities evolve.

What We're Looking For

  • Three or more years of software engineering experience, including ownership of products or features in early-stage or fast-growing teams.
  • Experience shipping scalable applications across frontend and backend systems, with a record of delivering measurable business impact.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, React or React Native, Node.js, and/or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience integrating LLMs or agents into production products, including prompt design and tool integration.
  • Strong product judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, design, and operations.
  • Experience with marketplaces, matching or recommendation systems, applied AI, or operational software for non-technical users is valuable.
  • Strong technical fundamentals and evidence of independent, resourceful project work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $140,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
