Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Product Manager to support a strategic Webshop Programme, driving the development and delivery of a seamless, intuitive, and commercially successful eCommerce experience.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in eCommerce, with proven experience in managing digital products, optimising online customer journeys, and delivering solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and hands-on product management expertise, working closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Webshop Programme, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and prioritisation through development, launch, and continuous improvement.

Analyse and optimise online customer journeys to improve user experience, conversion rates, and overall eCommerce performance.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, UX/UI designers, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful product implementation.

Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Identify opportunities for product enhancements through customer insights, market trends, data analysis, and performance metrics.

Monitor key eCommerce KPIs and drive data-informed decisions to maximise commercial outcomes.

Support Agile delivery processes, including backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.

Ensure that delivered solutions meet business expectations, customer requirements, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within the eCommerce domain.

Strong understanding of digital commerce platforms, online customer journeys, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).

Experience managing digital products throughout the full product lifecycle.

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.

Ability to translate business objectives into clear product requirements and actionable development priorities.

Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data and performance metrics to guide product decisions.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Commercial awareness and a customer-centric approach to product development.

Nice to Have

Previous experience in the payments industry, FinTech, or financial services.

Understanding of online payment solutions, payment gateways, and checkout optimisation.

Experience working on large-scale digital transformation or eCommerce programmes.

Familiarity with A/B testing, customer analytics, and digital experimentation.
