Product Specialist - France (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 French proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the French-speaking markets.
• Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump (you don't need to be an expert directly).
• Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team.
• Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat.
• Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team.
• Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in B2B customer service or success, with a strong emphasis for engaging directly with customers.
• Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering.
• Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem .
• Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities in French and English.
